    Unglazed earthenware vase of brown and black clays, double spout with simple inverted "U" handle. Incised on base "made by Lottie Welch/Cherokee/N.C." Catawba Indian pottery, see pamphlet "Friendship as a Functional Motive in Ceramic Types of Eastern North America" Samuel W. Pennypacker II. He describes it as a marriage pot from which the bride and groom drank together.

    (A) Man's black vest with four buttons up the front and two pockets on each side, an adjustment strap with a black metal buckle.   19. Wagon

    Farm Wagon, horse drawn and includes the seat, doubletree, tongue and a single tree. Wagon was painted blue with red trim. Floor of body has been replaced, side boards are worn from use. There is a chain to hold the body inward.
