Letter to Samuel W. Pennypacker from Singleton Ashenfelter of Santa Fe, New Mexico on Aug. 10, 1871. Singleton is informing Sam that he has contacted an E. B. Hart, Secy. for the Texas Pacific in reference to offering his legal services as an attorney for the road. Hart responded and Singleton provided a list of names for him to contact. Singleton requests that Sam contact several of the people on the list if Sam feels it is appropriate. |
