Scope & Content (A)Inventory- "In the Orphan's Court of Chester County, Pennsylvania First and Final Account of Bevan Aubrey Pennypacker, Executor of the Estate of Charles Henry Broomall, Deceased. Lists stocks and interests received.

(B) Letter- to "Miss Eliza B. Pennypacker, The Monterey, 43rd & Chester Avenue, Philadelphia" and is from Bevan A. Pennypacker and is on Morgan, Lewis & Bockius Counselors at Law letterhead and is dated February 12, 1925. Included is copy of Uncle Harry's estate and mentions having some of the furniture delivered to Pennypacker's Mills.

(C) Statement- of stocks and terms received by Eliza B. Pennypacker form Charles H. Broomall's estate.

(D) Envelope- addressed to "Miss Eliza B. Pennypacker, The Monterey, 43rd & Chester Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa." from "In Ten Days Return to 2107 Fidelity Philadelphia Trust Building Philadelphia" and is postmarked "Philadelphia, PA Sep 28, 1938". The stamp is torn off. The previous items(A-C) were in this envelope.

(E) Letter- addressed to "B.A. Pennypacker 934 Land Title Bldg., Philadelphia, Pa." from Leo A. Gotwals, Phoenixville, Pa. and dated October 24, 1924. Regards to selling property of the estate of C. Henry Broomall.

(F) Letter- addressed to "Miss Anna M.W. Pennypacker, The Monterey, 43rd & Chester Avenue, Philadelphia" from brother Aubrey on Morgan, Lewis & Bockius letterhead and dated October 27, 1924. Enclosing the previous letter in regards to the Bridge Street property.

(G) Letter- addressed to "Mr. Leo A. Gotwals, 217 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, Pa." from Bevan A. Pennypacker and dated October 27, 1924. In regards to the Bridge Street property. Letter is on pink paper and marked "COPY" in red. Items (E-G) were found in this envelope.

(H) Envelope- addressed to "Miss Anna M.W. Pennypacker, The Monterey, 43rd & Chester Avenue, Philadelphia" with return address of "In Ten Days Return to 934 Land Title Building Philadelphia." Postmarked "October 23, 1924 Philadelphia". Has a red two cent stamp inside the envelope.
